TECH Team Advantage believes that protecting your privacy is a serious issue that we as an organization take very seriously. Please read the Privacy Policy (the 'Policy') to learn more about what measures TECH Team Advantage takes to insure your information is secured. This Policy describes what information TECH Team Advantage and our product website (Lifeloop.live) collects from you and what happens to that information once gathered by us. This Policy applies to to all sites under Lifeloop.live domain as well our platform, tools and services ('Platform Services').

1.1. We collect the following information about you and your use of our Platform Services in order to create a better experience for you:

1.1.1. Basic user profile information.

1.1.2. For each Lifeloop.live group, a name of the group will be assigned by the group leader and statement or short description which will be viewed by everyone accessing the specific Lifeloop.live group.

1.1.3. For purposes of this Policy,Personally Identifiable Information (PII) describes information that could be used to identity you personally (such as email address, user name, IP address, DOB, sex, marital status, type of employment, # of children, city, zip code, religious affiliation) which has not been previously disclosed by you and the public areas of the website or the messages you send to groups in the Lifeloop.live Platform.

1.2. We automatically track basic information about our members (Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, click patterns, etc.) Lifeloop.live will use this information to provide us with internal research on our member's usage patterns, demographics, interests and general behavior to provide you a better experience with building your community with Lifeloop.live Platform Services.

1.3. We do collect information,(postings, conversations, materials) that is provided during individual group sessions within the Platform. The Platform also uses an instant messenger system that will allow you to communicate with other members in the group. Lifeloop.live will archive the messaging history as a way to ensure that there is a record of the communication as well as to comply with any current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process that is served upon our Platform.

1.4. We currently contract and utilize online partners to provide the business and communication services for building your community. To do this we and our partners use third-party tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and cookies on the Lifeloop.live Platform. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your computer that is tied to information about you. This type of information collected included the URL you came from and go to, your browser information, and IP address. These cookies further help us to learn and to improve our service to you. Lifeloop.live uses these technologies for user authentication, tracking the user, records the number of group sessions, preferences, and movements in the Platform. Lifeloop.live also utilizes this information for anonymous and aggregate marketing analytics, performance analytics, ad retargeting, and tracking aggregate trends on the Platform. If you wish to opt out of these websites analysis tools, you may do so by contacting us at  lifeloop@techteam.org

1.5. For our members' enjoyment and convenience, we also use 'cookies' to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session and to provide for easier registration. If you configure your browser or choose to reject the cookies, you may still use our site. To best experience our website and our Platform you must have cookies enabled.

1.6. We do not collect information from any person under 13 years of age.

2.1. We use the information that we collect about you (to include your personally identifiable information) to create a more personalized experience for you, the user. This enhanced user experience is based upon your individual usage habits your personal information. We do not use any data postings, conversations, materials that is provided during individual group sessions within the Platform.

2.2. We may compile the data that we collect about you and utilize that information, in an aggregate form only for use with various organizations and that are partners associates or collaborators for advertising and/or marketing purposes.

2.3. We reserve the right to retain and use any photograph or video submitted for publication on the Platform whether via email postings on our website or feedback from group members. Our use of the such material is consistent with the restrictions on disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information. We further reserve to right to monitor, edit and/or restrict any photographs or video that are posted on the platform by an organization, administrator, group leader or user.

3.1. Opt out requirement: Without your affirmative consent, we do not sell rent or otherwise share your personally identifiable information with other third parties unless otherwise required as described below under “Required Disclosures”. Lifeloop.live will only share your data with our partners or advertisers in an aggregate manner, that is not linked to your Personally Identifiable Information. Lifeloop.live will also share data with our partners and advertisers that is non-personally identifiable information.

3.2. Users should be cognizant that information provided through the registration process or any posts to the public area of our website, or use of the Platform (name/geographical information) may be accessible and made public by search engines, metasearch tools, crawlers, metacrawlers and other similar programs.

3.3. Lifeloop.live takes your privacy seriously and makes every effort to preserve member privacy. There are some instances where we may need to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when required by law (Required Disclosure) or if we have a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process that is served upon our Platform. We will comply with any lawful order that is issued by a law enforcement agency.

4.1. Lifeloop.live is built around the communities that represent various faith-based churches organizations and entities. An organization that joins Lifeloop.live will appoint an administrator who will then designate 'group leaders'. These group leaders will then create the individual groups and send/receive invites from individuals who are interested in joining the community. Organizations, administrators and group leaders control whether a group is created or closed.

4.2. Only members of the group will be able to participate and view on-line video group chat/texts, shared documents with in that specific community. A visitor to Lifeloop.live will only be able to see the name of the group, name of the group members, and the faith-based organization that sponsors the group.

4.3. Members of a group will not necessarily be notified that a new user is added to or delete from the group. Only the organization, administrator,or group leader has the authority to add or delete a user from a group.

4.4. A user may request to join a group even if that user does not belong or affiliate with the organization that is sponsoring the group.

4.5. If a user participates in a group on Lifeloop.live, that the user is implicitly granting some control of postings and the privacy of their profile to the organizations, administrators and group leaders.

5.1. Lifeloop.live allows an organization or user to update their Personally Identifiable Information after their initial registration to the Platform. Upon the request of an organization or user, we will deactivate the account and remove it from our active database. To make this request, email  lifeloop@techteam.org Upon receipt of the request we will deactivate the user account as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and any applicable law.

5.2. We will maintain a record of information in our database (back up storage) that you may have requested that we remove that, in our discretion, is necessary for us to resolve any disputes, correct problems or enforce the Terms of Service Agreement. The information is never fully removed due to technical and legal constraints. This information will be encrypted while maintained by Lifeloop.live.

6.1. If there is a change to this policy we will make notifications on  http://lifeloop.ttapps.org/privacy or post notice of the changes to the Policy on the homepage ( http://lifeloop.ttapps.org/) and in any other fashion that we deem appropriate. This notification of change is to allow the organizations and users of the Platform to always know how we collect, store, use and disclose information. We will use information in accordance with the Privacy Policy statement under which this information was collected.

7.1. Any dispute, claim or controversy that arises from the use of the Platform or this Policy or previous Privacy Policy statements shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation and arbitration as provided under our Terms of Service Agreement.
